Saison Fourage is a series of mixed cultured saison, each infused with a single wild ingredient, which was foraged by hand in the UK.

This is part two of the series and features the wonderful flavour of the native perennial plant, commonly known as, Sweet Woodruff.

Expect a herbal sweetness, similar to fresh hay, with notes of vanilla and honey
