Saison Fourage is a series of mixed cultured fermented saisons, each infused with a single wild ingredient, which was foraged by hand in the UK.

This is part three of the series and features the unmistakeable flavour of a foragers favourite, Elderflower.

Expect the familiar taste and aroma of elderflower enhanced by the gentle acidity of the beer. Drink now or age in the bottle.
