Yonder Annie BA Cognac

Annie is a mixed fermentation Saison, infused with foraged plums and spices, and was brewed to celebrate Yonder’s first Birthday in August 2019. Planning ahead, we also tucked some away in Cognac barrels to release in celebration of our second birthday. Here it is. Happy Birthday to us! What to expect? Tart stone fruits, subtle spice, booze-soaked oak tannins and flavours of wild fermentation. It's a wild plum pudding in a bottle!

375ml bottle, 6.9% ABV
