Woodshedding (x Left Handed Giant) Herb

We brewed this beer with our friends from Left Handed Giant as an homage to the pilsners of Southern Bavaria that we both love. We've given it our own South-Western spin by using our heritage Plumage Archer barley, which Warminster Maltings kilned at a lower temperature than usual to give the beer a straw-like hue.

The familiar raw YQ wheat from Somerset makes up the rest of the grist, while a generous dose of hops from a farm in the Tettnang region adds subtle notes of lemon peel and pine.
