Brewed with Verdant, this mixed fermentation beer draws inspiration from the iconic Pilsner style. Krispy Kveik yeast blend emulates the traditional clean profile of a Pilsner, but the higher fermentation temperature allows the Brettanomyces to express itself. A crisp, clean beer that will evolve to reveal more Brettanomyces funk in the months to come. Suitable for vegans.
