Wildflower St Florence 2020: Semillon

St Florence is named after Topher and his wife's first daughter. Saint Florence was a 7th-century abbess from Cartagena, Spain. In 2020, this variant was made with golden mixed fermentation, barrel-aged beer and 500kg of hand-picked Semillon grapes from Tyrrell's in Pokolbin, NSW.
