Wildflower St Abigail 2020

St Florence is named for Chris and his wife's second daughter. Saint Abigail was a medieval healer and beekeeper from County Clare, Ireland. In 2020, this variant was made with golden mixed fermentation, barrel-aged beer and 1100kg of fresh, tree-ripened white peaches, hand-picked from Thornbrook Orchard in Orange, NSW.
