Wilderness Perennial '24

This beer is a product of the land, and the people who made it. A tart and funky blend to celebrate the first five years of Wilderness. Two parts spontaneously fermented pale ale (inoculated using our orchard coolship) to one part Bordeaux barrel-aged saison. Drink now, or age for another five years. Tart, lemon sherbet, bold.
