Wilderness I've Been Away for a While

A French-style saison, aged in Bordeaux barrels. Brewed with pilsner malt, wheat and oats, with a light hop addition of Styrian Wolf. Secondary fermentation in bottle with Champagne yeast. Dry, citrus, spritz and a light minerality.
