Pursuit is a gluten and lactose-free version of one of our favourite beers to brew, Illicium. We believe we have successfully managed to create a doppelganger in Pursuit, which despite the lack of lactose still delivers on the sweet smoothness of it’s older sibling. Balanced with the punchy fruit flavours of the Citra and Mosaic hops to create a sweet dessert-style Imperial Milkshake IPA, Pursuit is accessible to coeliac, people with other gluten and lactose intolerance's and vegans.
