Vibrant Forest Game Trails

Game Trails takes us back to those pioneering IPAs of the US West Coast. We've opted for Citra, Chinook, Centennial and Simcoe, four hops that can be relied on to produce a broad display of pine and citrus flavours (65 IBUs). True to the style we've vied for an assertive bitterness sat on a balanced malt profile. It's fermented cleanly on a simple yeast that allows all the grapefruit and pine to shine through into a long and refreshing finish.
