Verdant Fresh Hop Mosaic IPA

A 2021 harvest/wet hop west coast IPA. This version is single hopped with Mosaic, so expect sweaty tropics, pine, OJ and a rasping bitterness. We loaded the whirlpool with harvest-fresh Mosaic whole cones. Expect this to add a beautiful 'green' character.
