Vandenbroek Watergeus Brut Nebbiolo

Brut Nebbiolo is a blended beer from spontaneously fermented, wood-aged beer with fermented grape must. Inspired by traditional winemaking technique similar to Italian and Georgian wines, the peel and grape pips remain in the beer up to 10 months, after which it is made into a sparkling wine-like dry beer.
