Vandenbroek Watergeus Peach + Plum

Watergeus is a mixed beer of at least five carefully selected barrels of spontaneously fermented beers, which have matured for an average of two years in our beer cellars. We are inspired by the Brussels lambic tradition but, out of respect for our colleagues, do not call this beer 'Oude Geuze'. The beer is wood-fired in copper kettles and has been fermented and aged in oak barrels. We do not use any chemicals or other additives at all. The result is an absolutely unique, refreshing light acid and complex beer with flavours of apple, citrus, oak, cellar and earth.
