Utopian Goldings British Pilsner

Goldings Pilsner is the latest in our series celebrating 'British Pilsner' and uses only the traditional East Kent Goldings Hop variety.   Inspired by the German Pilsner style we used a double decoction mash with a long cold fermentation and then dry hopped with heaps of the wonderful EKG to develop a cornucopia of spicey, fruity loveliness. Clean Crisp and delicious.
