An homage to the first Dishoom desert, Pineapple & Black Pepper Crumble has been re-imagined as a soured beer for a truly bespoke collaboration between UnBarred and Permit Rooms.

A balanced body to support the concept of a pineapple and peppercorn crumble, aromas of fresh pineapple, citrus, cinnamon and vanilla tempt you in for a full dessert experience. Delicately balanced with drinkability in mind.
