Track (x Uchu) Kaikoma

They have been brewing in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture since 2018, but it wasn’t until this year at Hop City that our Head Brewer Matt was able to meet Masahiro from Uchu! We were blown away by the depth of flavour in their hop-forward beers, and felt connected by the parallel journeys taken to bring our brewery dreams to life.

Collaborating on the latest in our Digital Age series' through conversations online we have concocted together a double dry-hopped DIPA of pastel yellow opulence. Peacharine and Rakau exert a rich stone fruit character, whilst a trident of Citra strikes with it's trademark notes of lime, grapefruit and lychee. Fresh, fruity, and with an impeccably balanced finish.
