This is the first beer of our double release in collaboration with OSO, brewed with pilsner malt and oodles of wheat and oats for stupendous mouthfeel and velvety softness. We tackled the dry hop on this beer using our house method, adding 20 grams per litre at 18°C with no rousing. Too much sanity is dry hopped with Citra, Idaho 7 and Strata. Soft peach and ripe stone fruit ooze juicy sweetness alongside passionfruit and orange with a delicate bitterness which leads into a lip smacking mango finish.
