Track (x Human People) Being Human

We first met Andrew of Human People at Friends & Family & Beer in 2020, when he was working at San Diego brewery Modern Times. We’ve kept in touch and when we found out he was opening his own brewery on the Seattle waterfront, we knew we needed to brew a West Coast Pale together.

This beer harks back to the type of westies that were so prevalent in many of our formative craft beer years but with all touchstones of contemporary versions of the style. Moderately bitter, super light and pin bright; our hop combo of Citra three-ways, Cascade, and Nelson SubZero Hop Kief gives you all the grapefruit, resin and pine you desire.
