Track (x Elusive) Ten Falls

We played around with our malt bill, adding Crystal & Munich to the grist to create a beautiful, deep red hue and slight biscuity sweetness, and paired it with a classic American Hop bill of Simcoe, Idaho 7 & Centennial. Notes of cinder toffee and dark caramel giving way to big hits of bitter orange and grapefruit peel
