Moutere is a NZ hop that we are enjoying getting to know a little better, having only used this particular hop twice before.

Here, we think it brings a wave of tropical fruit flavours such as Passionfruit and Guava, while the Citra hops evoke flavours such as Ruby Grapefruit and pithy Orange, keeping this Pale ale refreshing and light against aromatic Piney and Grassy notes which are typical of NZ hops, Rakau and Moutere.

The end result is a pleasant and refreshing Pale Ale full of aroma and packed with flavours of NZ.
