Track Fractions #006

Starting in February of this year, the Fractions series set out to shine a light on photography and poetry. Working with local artists, alongside casting a net out to our followers online for their poetry input - we're proud of the experimental nature that this beer series has brought us, both in terms of the community involved, and the playful nature of ingredients used to try and gently push boundaries within what is usually safe territory for us - the hazy IPA.
This final beer in the series uses the highest percentage of oats in the grist to give huge body and mouthfeel, whilst experimenting with dry hopping during fermentation for a fuller hop character.
