Track Fractions #002

The second installment of our Fractions Series is a 6.2% IPA. We’ve used a pilsner base with 30% flaked wheat and a touch of dextrin to bring some more fullness and silkiness to the beer. New Zealand hops Riwaka and Waimea are front and centre bringing pithy grapefruit and kumquat, Lemon peel and gentle pine. Some vinous notes and soft herbal bitterness lead out to a bright, mouth coating fresh orange finish.
