Track Familiar Turns

We've been lucky to get the chance to brew with Anchovy on a few beers over the last couple of years. To really put it through its paces, we decided to brew our first-ever Bright IPA, a style we believe perfectly showcases its unique flavour profile.

Anchovy? It's an experimental variety bred by Segal Ranch, a third-generation family hop farm in Yakima, Washington, and named by Matt and Brian from Fast Fashion, who sponsored the initial acreage. Be confident in the knowledge that it tastes absolutely nothing like fish. We're getting watermelon sweets, lemon zest, candy sticks, some subtle coconut and a sprinkle of spruce in the finish.
