Track Dreaming of... DDH Nelson

The second hop under the spotlight in our brand new series is Nelson Sauvin. A beautifully balanced hop which adds a huge breadth of aroma and flavour to any beer or all on it’s own as it is in this wonderfully aromatic IPA. A simple grain bill of pilsner malt, oats and wheat with 21 g/L of Nelson on the dry hop. Enticing aromas of honeysuckle, apple pie crust and pink grapefruit follow through on the palate with the addition of ripe gooseberry, medium dry Riesling and honeydew. Delicate bitterness leads into a melody of lime marmalade and bassy, mellow nectarine.
