Track Bright Light Vision

For the third beer in our DDH West Coast IPA series, we’ve used Citra YCH 702 Trial again after how much we loved it in Pillars, paired alongside Nelson Sauvin & Motueka.

Bright notes of Ruby Grapefruit and Orange peel intermingle with tart Gooseberry and Lime, as the defining characteristics of Nelson Sauvin meet Citra in this NZ/USA hop profile. The finish is long with a pleasant bitterness, with aromatic and herbal flavours finishing with a heady, resinous Pine quality. Gluten free.
