Porosity is part of the brewery's new wild series "To Øl Natur", a project with wild, chip-fermented seasons & wild ales. It is an exclusive Wild Ale that started with To Øl's friends at Æblerov Cider donating leftovers from their Cider production, with leftovers from Japanese quince! So To Øl has carefully selected a beer from their barrel that would fit with their newly found receipts from Japan! And now a couple of months have passed, the fruit has had time to add flavor and aroma to the mixed-fermentation beer.
