Our first ever beer using Incognito, which is a brand new liquid hop product, jam-packed with aroma. Using this product, we were able to get even more juicy hop oils into the beer. Combined with Mosaic Cryo pellets, and beautiful hand-selected Idaho 7, expect huge aromas of pineapple, blueberries, and dried apricots.
