This bright and pungent saison is brewed with malted and raw wheat and local wildflower honey from our friends at Fruitwood Orchards in New Jersey. Primarily fermented in stainless with our Magickal Saison yeast before being transferred for conditioning in a large French oak fourdre atop our house mixed culture.
