Tilquin Oude Gewurztraminer à l'Ancienne

Beer with spontaneous fermentation, the Oude Gewurzt Tilquin is obtained by fermenting 250 g of Gewirztraminer grapes per litre of lambic. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the bottle.
