Tilquin Cuvée Paul

Cuvée Paul was blended in honour of Paul Tilquin (1909-2005), grandfather of Pierre, with 30% one-year-old lambics, 30% two-year-old lambics and 40% three-year-old lambics, all matured in oak barrels. Unfiltered and unpasteurised, this beer was refermented and matured in the bottle for one year.
