Tilquin Cuvée Marie-Catherine

Cuvee Marie-Catherine was blended in honour of Marie-Catherine Tilquin-Rousseaux, mother of Pierre, with 40% one-year old lambics, 30% two-year old lambics and 30% three-year old lambics, all matured in oak barrels. Unfiltered and unpasteurised, this beer was refermented and matured in the bottle for one year.
