The Forbidden Fruit is the sister fruited sour project to the Spirit of Nature series. Utilising a modern approach to mixed fermentation, we create gently soured beers that can be directly compared with their Spirit of Nature counterparts reflecting the differences in-process and final product. Our blended culture contains a lactic acid-producing yeast strain, generating a fast, pleasing sourness and the base for fruiting. Perfect for comparison, blending or individual enjoyment.
