Saint Mars of the Desert Babayaga

BABAYAGA is a beer from our Pretty Things days in Boston. A “slightly smoky sylvan stout” inspired by Autumn, falling leaves, woodsmoke, and the Russian/Eastern European folklore of an old woman who lives in a hut which runs around on chicken’s legs and may or may not eat childrenÉ This beer is a 5.6% stout with a hint of smoke (we used beech smoked malt).
