Saint Mars of the Desert (x Deya) Köelsch

It's a Koelship Kölsch! Or, as Gareth from Deya rather brilliantly named it, a Köelsch. We had a great brew day making what is a truly collaborative beer, with its feet in traditional Kölsch brewing culture and its heart reaching for refreshing hops! Hopped in the koelship with UK (Bramling Cross) and USA (Belma) hops, this is a summertime beer for summertime fun.
