The 2026 STF Belgian Christmas Ale brings big seasonal flavours together with a rich, indulgent glow. Chevalier heritage malt sets a solid base of bread and honey, with Crystal and Chocolate malt bringing sweet dates, lightly toasted nuts and soft tobacco.

Cacao nibs and husks from the lovely folks at Bare Bones Chocolate ramp things up further, adding a sophisticated dark chocolate layer that keeps developing right through to the finish
