Simple Things Fermentations (x Croft 3) Peated Brown

A Scottish Brown Ale created with our pals at Croft 3 on Mull. Subtle smoke from the peated malt weaves among aromas of toffee pennies, apple crumble and bramble jam.

The flavour is deep and sweet, punctuated by light, citric acidity with a clean fermentation profile to keep everything crisp, well defined and refreshing. Moderate bitterness and a lingering peated malt finish cries out for a second helping of Croft 3’s haggis, and maybe a dram too.
