Fruity, resinous IPA inspired by the bitter-sweet West Coast classics of the noughties, with the inviting candy-citrus aroma that sparked a revolution. Grapefruit pith and assertive bitterness give balance to Maris Otter malt sweetness and a heady cocktail of Columbus, Summit, Chinook, Centennial and Amarillo, which provide notes of orange and pink grapefruit along with black pepper and a herbal, resinous edge.
