Simple Things Fermentations US Brown

Smooth, chocolatey Brown Ale with powerful citrus notes courtesy of a generous hopping with Chinook, Cascade, Centennial and Talus. Pours very dark brown with a cappuccino head there’s subtle cold-brew coffee in the aroma but unlike a Porter or Stout there’s no roastiness or astringency.

This beer is all about big, zesty grapefruit, orange and pine resin notes intersecting with deep levels of rich malt flavour. Full flavoured and full bodied with a delicious creamy texture and restrained bitterness.
