A classic farmhouse-style Saison brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat and a touch of spelt plus Saaz and Celeia hops, turbocharged courtesy of a generous dry hopping with Nelson Sauvin.

Crisp, clean, sweet and fruity with floral bubblegum aromatics evolving into citrus, banana, peach and apricot alongside delicate pepper, clove, almond, tart gooseberry and white grape.
