Simple Things Fermentations Rotbier

Brewed with Vienna and Cara malts and a blend of noble and modern hop varieties (Tettnang and Huell Melon) this is a rich, smooth and powerful lager; deep amber in colour with a copper-red hue. Shortbread biscuit aromas with soft honey and delicate fruit notes give way to sweet malt on the palate; smooth and rounded with moderate bitterness and a deliciously clean finish. Ideally suited to well matured meats and cheeses.
