Our foudre-aged wild ale series is back, but this time with a blueberry twist! Cellar Fuzz: Blueberry is fermented with our house-mixed culture for 14 months in oak foudres then refermented with on blueberry purée then fully bottle conditioned. This wild ale boasts mild acidity and funk with a huge blueberry presence.
