The Cuvée Barrique: an incomparable and complex cuvée of the Aventinus and the Aventinus Eisbock – matured in different Barriques (oak barrels), finally refined with the unique Schneider Weisse bottle fermentation. The percentage of each barrique variety remains a brewery secret.
