Schneeeule Marlene

Traditional Berliner Weisse with historic yeasts. Named after the icon Marlene Dietrich. Fermented with Brettanomyces strains from up to 50-year-old bottles. Closer to the historical original is not possible. Slightly sour, fruity, sparkling and wild.
