Marches white. At 12 ° P, it is a full white, which was fermented on wood with a mixed culture for 8 months and then matured in the bottle for another month. It is a complex fruity-acid beer, which develops a champagne-like moussé in the bottle and is intended to honour the "sparkling wine of the north". This beer is only in the bottle for 5 months and therefore very young, but the fruitiness and complexity can already be seen and makes you curious about the next months and years.
