The Scherdel Zoigl comes into the glass amber-coloured and very cloudy with a pronounced foam crown and little carbonic acid. In the nose a pronounced yeast smell and aromatic, creamy fruit notes. It is a natural and unfiltered top-class beer. As in the good old days, when the Bierzoigl was hanging in front of the restaurant as a sign of fresh beer, Scherdel Zoigl convinces with its fine spicy and mild aroma. It is incredibly palatable and thirst-quenching. So and no other way one imagines a respectable cellar beer.
