Scatterlings Thank You for the Day

Two barrels with an average age of 13 months in oak were blended and dry-hopped with Czech-grown Saaz at 3g/l. Herbal, spicy Saaz mixed with a Lambic-like aroma leading into a funk-forward grassy saison with a more pronounced bitterness and a touch of acidity rounding out the finish.
