Old School Quality: Remember when IPAs were young and bitter? When you could see through them? When they celebrated not only the light floral-fruity aromas of hops, but also delved deeper into the leafy, bitter side? This is one of those beers. You can call it West Coast if you like. Look for a bright copper-orange colour, 60 International Bittering Units, and a heaping amount of Simcoe hops.
