Saint Mars of the Desert Jack D'Or '24

Here's Jack D'Or, back from the dead again. Our classic saison, brewed once but fermented twice!

Saison is a Belgian beer "style" which doesn't actually exist, but if you like what we modern drinkers think of as the classic saisons of Belgium, this beer is for you! Ah, the metaphysical fun of craft brewing. Which also doesn't exist!

So from our family brewery to you, our lovely patrons, here is our ghostly, spritely, beer: Jack D'Or, small god of barleycorns and fun-in-the-pub. Golden, beautifully aromatic, lovely and hoppy with European hops. Fermented once without pressure using warm temperatures and classic saison yeast, then again in the bottle with a more neutral strain to give us all the lovely bubbles. A natural, aromatic, beautiful beer at Alc. 5.8% Vol.
