Doing it right since 2014. Blend #2 Yuzu! is a funky, tart refreshing citrus beer, made with a blend of Burgundy barrel-aged Saisons, left to develop with Brettanomyces, & the addition of Japanese Yuzu, providing aromas of tangy lemon, mandarin & grapefruit & given time to naturally carbonate.
